Exercise: Monday – treadmill inclines – 15 mins on 4, 15 mins on 7, 30 mins on 10 (max), 15 mins on 6, 15 mins on 2. Tuesday – boxing (and dancing between rounds!) on the wii for 60 mins. I’m gonna be sore.
TOM is stubborn so I’m still waiting for the bloating to fully go away, it’s taking it’s time! Next week will definitely be better thankfully. I’m glad I moved my weigh in back, though. Tomorrow would so not have been good!
My aim right now is to burn 3500 calories a week and eat really well. My ban on candy for Lent is going well, too.
