Well that is better than I was expecting, but it won’t be getting better soon. I decided to move back my weigh in with my doctor next week because the last time I saw her whilst on my period she told me to make sure I see her mid-cycle so there are no false weigh ins! Fair enough. So it’s now booked for March 10th.
I did a lot of walking this week which probably accounts for the steadiness. About 6 miles on Saturday and another one or two on Sunday, plus I’m trying to walk to the shop at lunch time instead of drive so that’s another 30 minutes or so each day.
I also made the decision to put running on the back burner for a bit. I’ve been thinking a lot about why I am so stuck and realised that when I started running I stopped losing consistently. So I’m tweaking my routines so that I go back to doing what was working previously and hopefully I will start to see results again. I’m just not at a level with running where I can lose what I need to right now and would rather focus on other things for now. This unfortunately means my 60 mile goal for this month will not happen.
So half way through the month I’m changing my goal! I want to learn more about SEO and stats and will start with Google Analytics, I’ve had an account for eons but never used it properly. Now is my opportunity to learn something new, maybe it will cheer me up a bit!! 🙂
