Weigh in time… This morning I was:
Workouts: Saturday – lots of walking in Bath, Saturday/Sunday – LOTS of cleaning, which burns calories but I don’t really count it as proper exercise. Monday – Jillian, Tuesday – 5k run.
I’m up simply because I’m a girl. Next week will be worse. It’s just how it is. This week and next I discount simply because of all the bloating. As long as I stay on track exercise and food wise I’ll come out the other end with a loss off the 210 from last week.
