Improvements

My treadmill is gonna be my new best friend (again). After last night’s hour I felt much better and today I do feel much improved. Let’s hope my throat decides to stop causing me grief very soon!

I did C25K W1D2 last night and then straight into 30 minutes of incline intervals. My treadmill doesn’t give me much info, it’s just a cheap Reebok one, but the inclines go from 0-10. When I do anything I always keep it on 1. So my incline intervals were 1 and 5, switching every 2 minutes for the duration. I didn’t walk very fast, 3mph, but it felt great.

Today is the first day I’ve not had any medicine or throat lozenges (so far anyway).

This week my breakfast of choice has been toast with dairy/gluten/wheat free margarine and Pear & Apple fruit spread. I got really excited when I saw the Pear & Apple spread in Holland & Barratt, reminiscing about the apple butter my mom used to make when I was little. This is similar, but also not. It’s all natural, no added sugar or anything so it’s not very sweet. But it makes toast more interesting and is better than Nutella & peanut butter!

So now I get to decide which workout I’d like to do tonight. I’m thinking an old school Ministry of Sound one, they are usually good fun. ๐Ÿ™‚

I’m a little bit addicted to Secret Diary of a Call Girl (thanks to my mate for making me watch it) . I should really stop now and workout, but one more won’t hurt? lol ๐Ÿ˜‰
