- Friday: 30 Day Shred (level 1), dancing (was out all night)
- Saturday: 90 mins incline intervals
- Sunday: Rest
- Monday: Rest
- Tuesday: 30 Day Shred (level 2)
- Wednesday: Rest due to illness
I did end up burning just over 7k calories last week (Sun-Sat). And this week is turning out to be a bust due to this cold. Ah well.
I did see my doc yesterday for my official weigh in. I was slightly up from the last one 6 weeks ago and I had her look at all my exercise and food. She told me to watch my portions, eat more throughout the day because it looked as though the bulk of my calories were in the later part of the day or in the evening, curb high-calorie foods (mexican, chips…) and get more fruit and veg in. She commented that the 7k calorie burn a week was a bit high for a regular goal, but applauded my sticking to all the exercise. She mentioned that as long as I’m consistent I should see results again.
So my plan going forward, after this week is over, is to alternate my weeks. I’ll be burning 7000 calories every other week and 3500 calories during the other weeks. With SparkPeople‘s help I’ve got my calorie ranges for each day during those weeks which I’m going to concentrate on as well. (Along with eating more fruit and veg and more throughout the day instead of all at night.)
