Progress?

I’ve stuck to my new routine for a week now and I am actually enjoying getting up early and getting my workout out of the way first thing. I am more energetic j. The morning and ready to leave the house earlier, which means I get to work earlier and I’m not rushing to get there before 9. I am also sleeping so much better. It is a good feeling knowing this is working. This week I’m going to add to it and use the treadmill when I get home while watching telly. Hopefully this will be the extra push my body needs to start losing again!
