The “Great British Summer” is upon us and it’s brought rain. I, however, love the rain!
I finally ran last night after weeks of not doing it. I only did 2 5 minute runs but I felt better for doing that little bit! I really need to get back into my old routine, the weekend was so busy and exciting that I didn’t really worry about food. I didn’t eat a lot but what I did have wasn’t the best.
Trying to get back into being good this week, along with doing all my workouts (with the exeption of Monday as I could barely sit upright let alone workout!) no matter how small. I only have 3 weeks before my next weigh in so every day has to count!
