I took a week off last week. Not from work, but from exercise mostly! Hubby has not been well and was home all week. He still is not better! 🙁 I’m now feeling a bit crap, but not too bad so I’m hoping to avoid the full sickness.
The week off did not do too much damage and for that I’m thankful! Over the weekend I’ve ended up back where I was at the beginning of the month, which is great as I have managed somehow to go up again in between. So right now I’m 231.5. I’d like to see 229 on Sunday. I’m 4.5 lbs away from having lost 10 lbs…..
