I have now officially completed Insanity! 2 months of hellish workouts and pushing myself like never before is now over (for now anyway…).
This whole programme is amazeballs and Shaun T is one of the best motivators I’ve experienced. He is what made the workouts for me, I don’t think I would have stuck with it without him! The last 2 weeks have been extremely hard and I’ve been nursing a very sore leg for the past week. During my Fit Test this morning I really hurt it and just in time to go away for the weekend! 🙁
I pushed myself as much as I could in this Fit Test and physically felt sick after I finished, along with the immense leg pain!

So over the course of the 60 (plus) days I lost 20.5″ total. I notice a big difference in my body, it’s much firmer and toned. My upper body strength has improved massively and my upper arms are more defined!
It was definitely worth all the hard work and definitely proves that you get what you put into it. Because I had to take it easier the last few weeks I didn’t get as good results as I had in previous fit tests, and I’m okay with that. I finished it and I feel stronger and really proud of myself.
I definitely recommend this to anyone thinking about doing it! But be prepared, if you aren’t willing to push yourself and work really hard, you won’t make it. If you want to work hard and get some results, go for it!!
