I realised I didn’t post my last Fit Test results when I did it on the 13th! So here they are:

I was not impressed with my performance on this particular test, but heyho, I’m sure at the final one on Friday I will be better and overall progress is the key, not just with each test, and I am getting better.
On the 13th I also lost another 7″, making my total inches lost 19″ since the 19th of January! I’m not expecting a big loss on Friday at the end – I’ve really struggled the last few weeks with the max workouts!!
It’s taken me the whole time to finally get the hang of Power Jumps and I’ve never done so many push ups – or so many different types of push ups – in my life! My arms are definitely thanking me for that one, though!
My upper body strength has always been really bad because I broke my arm when I was young and have had metal plates and screws in ever since. Push ups were a big no-no for a very long time! I’m really happy that I’m able to do them now, even if I’m not doing them fully, there is a huge improvement!!
So this week I’m doing a lot of Insanity – to make up for the few I’ve missed and it’s the last week so I want to finish strong! Looking forward to Friday and seeing the difference from when I started. 🙂
