I spent this past weekend cleaning the whole house. I managed to get through all but the last two rooms, which require a bit more work. I scrubbed, dusted, hoovered, threw loads of crap away – basically had a real good purge!

I have a lot of motivation to get the house together lately and I’m using the motivation to get back into my weight loss with renewed vigor. I ate reasonably good over the weekend and we have resolved to stop spending too much money on food, which means we won’t be wasting so much either! As we have a lot of healthy foods in the freezer I can be optimistic with my food goals this week.

I also started the 30 Day Shred today, which I’m going to do alongside treadmill sessions for the next month. I haven’t weighed since my official weigh in, which was up due to my cycle (thanks for that girly bits). ๐Ÿ™ I’m tempted to not weigh for a while and see how I get on. The scale has just been a source of frustration for the past few months. It’s nice to not look at it and concentrate on other things for a bit!

  1. The other good thing is, you’re getting really good with not looking! It wasn’t that many months (ok maybe a few) ago, that I used to have to HIDE the scales from you! and only release them on a Saturday! So \o/ go you! ๐Ÿ™‚
