Some woman tried to kill me on the way to work this morning. No joke! I don’t understand why people think just because they are in a car they can do what they want and endanger others. Sigh. I’m still angry about it, but not shaken up really anymore. She’ll get what’s coming to her!
I’m much more cheerful now, however. My new Jillian DVDs arrived today! I have 3 – 30 Day Shred, Banish Fat Boost Metabolism and No More Trouble Zones. I’m going to start the 30 Day Shred tonight and that will end on May 7th, 2 days before we go on holiday. Perfect timing! Half way through that is my next weigh in. I plan on doing the shred every day plus the running 3 times a week. On the days I don’t run I might do something else, boxing or a short cardio workout. I did my boxing yesterday and I knew my arms would ache. I haven’t done any since before Christmas! I can already feel it and know tomorrow will be worse, but I like this feeling. It reminds me I have muscles I’m working and after a few more times it won’t hurt anymore. Tonight is a run. I’m going to go for 20 minutes again. Friday is 25 minutes, I’ll get that over with in the morning so I can enjoy the rest of the day!
I’ve started tanning (spray tan, no streaking!) in preparation for the holiday. Hubby doesn’t understand that you can’t go on holiday white. It’s a woman thing that he finds funny. I do too, but still do it. I am determined to not go to Sainsburys today. I have my graze box (oranges, choccies and almonds today) and cup-a-soup and crackers for lunch. I also have some nuts and Fruit Flakes to snack on if I need it. I spend too much money during the week because it’s so easy to just go buy something and I don’t really need it!
