Yay!

I’m on track so far, with a loss of 4.5lbs. To reach my 4 week goal of 8lbs I only need another 3.5 and have just under 2 weeks to do it. I will say last week was a bit slow, because I gave in a few times! And this week so far is no better really, I had a lot of pasta (whole wheat) last night and feel bloated and horrible for it. Salad tonight I think. ๐Ÿ™‚

If I can do it this first month it will be more motivating than anything else and I know I will be able to do it the next month! It would be wonderful to have to have my ballgown taken in before I wear it ๐Ÿ™‚
