Happy Monday, folks <3

I’ve been working on this design, off and on, since New Year! There are still one or two tweaks to do, and some work behind the scenes, but I’m really pleased with how it turned out. It must be the millionth site design Oceanchica.Com has had, but I think it’s one of the best. 🙂

I’ve got a few photos to post later – more food porn! So I’ll do a proper update then with my goals for the week.

  1. You go Tish. The most important thing is to be true to yourself, which you are doing. You learn as you go in life, and you are learning a hell of a lot! Your depression will subside with proper food and exercise. I battled it for years. Exercise helps sooo much! I also found that my worst offender when it comes to depression was sugar. I would crave it, but within hours after eating sugary snacks, I became very depressed. Also angry. I will only have a small piece of dark chocolate now if I want something sweet. That doesn’t give me a negative reaction. But SUGAR is the worst thing for your body! It messes up your hormonal balance and your body reacts in very bad ways.

    1. Thanks Aunt Janet! I know exercise helps immensely, which I’m thankful for. Sugar not so much, but I’ve not had much sugar at all this year – trying to eat cleaner. Love you!! x
