Woo Hoo!

So weigh-in today was great! My last “official” weigh-in was 234.5 two weeks ago. I was starting to bloat from PMS and was up 2.5 lbs.

Apparently bloating lasts about two weeks for me! Talk about depressing and frustrating!! I was half expecting to still be up a bit when I hit the scales this morning, but was very pleasantly surprised. I’ve lost 2.5 lbs (in the last 2 days!). So am now 231.5.

This month I want to see (and STAY in) the 220s. Originally I was reaching for 221 on Feb 29th. I don’t think I’ll be down 10 lbs in the next month, but I’m going to try to get as close as possible!
