Autumn Madness

So far 2010’s October is going good. I’ve been to the gym 7 times and really enjoyed this past Thursday and Friday off work! Band of Skulls were amazing – we did leave early, probably just over half way through but we were both tired and hot and I knew Hubby had to get up early and wasn’t feeling great. Plus they had done my favourite songs, so I was happy and didn’t mind.

Yesterday we had Hubby’s brother stay the night and it was really good to see him and catch up. It is a shame they live so far away, but I’ve put it in the calendar now to go see them in December as it’s been way too long.

Today has been an uber-lazy day. I’ve watched telly and played on my phone and done absolutely nothing else, other than take a bath. I’m prepping for the very busy 2 days ahead of me. Tomorrow I had to Belfast for the start of our annual meetings at work then come home Tuesday. Next week I’m in London for another meeting. This is most of the reason why October is always so busy and horrible.

But I’ve been really good with the gym, not so good with the cardio in the mornings but I will get back to that after I’m back from Belfast. I’m still very much on track to hit the gym at least 20 times. Food hasn’t been great this week and I haven’t even looked at the scale, let alone stepped on it to weigh myself. I’m thinking about photographing my meals and posting them. It will hold me accountable and I can take pretty photos. I want to start doing the same with my outfits. I think it will help me dress better and I want to stop feeling like I’m not making an effort.

**Boys may not want to read past here ;)**

I’m also stressing over my cycle, it was on track but then I thought TOM had arrived, with no warning, which is odd, but then it went just as quickly. So I’m not sure what’s going on there. I’ll just have to wait and see. Probably just a long annovulatory cycle, I used to have 1 or 2 a year but they had dwindled the past few years.

I am definitely not betting on the pregnancy card, though!
