I am incredibly unable to concentrate. I didn’t sleep well last night because I slept too late (1PM!) yesterday. The inability to concentrate is probably a good thing for today as I’ve been hugely busy with odds & ends and various phone calls throughout the day instead of doing my project work, which requires immense concentration.
I managed to make myself do a third of a workout yesterday (better than nothing!) after which I decided with renewed dedication & motivation that I will start really watching what I eat & exercising every day! So tonight when I get home, even though I’m absolutely knackered, I will workout. Then I can feel free to collapse. 🙂 This renewed motivation has come from a few places – I am SO sick of myself and would like to start running, but as I am in no shape for that I need to start somewhere. Also there is a summer ball at my husband’s work in June, which I’m determined to look great at! And I’m going back to the States in November and wouldn’t mind looking a whole lot better by then! 🙂
I think I will use this to track my progress seeing as at least some people read it and that will be more motivating as I won’t want to post bad results will I!! *fingers crossed*
