Things are getting hectic lately. There’s a big project happening at work and my responsibilities are taking a turn (for the better!), it’s nearly the holidays (yay!) and my dad will be over visiting (I can’t wait to see him and spend time with him!) and other general life … things.
I went back on my diet that I did so well on last year and things aren’t doing so well! I just can’t seem to stay on track. I lost 5 lbs and was doing well then bleh. I need to try harder and have some actual will power this time!! Perhaps I’m trying to change too much all at once – diet, exercise, home (keeping it clean etc)… The thing is I’m just too impatient to try to change one thing at a time and wait for it to become a routine, I want it all done now! I definitely should work on that.
